Clinical Psychologist (CDA Eligible) – Abu Dhabi

About the role

This full‑time position is for an internationally trained clinical psychologist to provide assessment, diagnosis and evidence‑based therapeutic interventions to patients in a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and clinical interviews to evaluate emotional, cognitive and behavioural functioning.
• Develop and deliver individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans and psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, trauma and related conditions.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records and monitor patient progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, counsellors and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient‑centred care.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or doctoral qualification in Clinical Psychology or a related discipline.
• Recognised academic qualifications with supervised clinical training.
• Relevant experience in psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions.
• Valid Community Development Authority (CDA) licence or eligibility to obtain one.
