Cloud Ambassador Reception – Front Desk (UAE Nationals)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Cloud Ambassador Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at our Abu Dhabi location. The role focuses on delivering premium client experiences, supporting onboarding, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day front‑desk operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional welcome.
• Handle phone setups, system orientations and assist with client onboarding.
• Manage daily reception tasks including calls, couriers, meeting‑room bookings and video‑conference coordination.
• Operate and maintain IT and communication equipment such as IP phones, interactive screens and booking platforms.
• Provide local insights and exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Positive, proactive attitude with high attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
• Previous experience in reception, guest relations or office administration is an advantage.
