Cloud Ops & DevOps Lead

About the role

Halian is looking for a Cloud Ops & DevOps Lead to join its team in Abu Dhabi. The role is initially for one year with the possibility of extension, and requires a senior professional with extensive cloud and DevOps experience.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and mentor engineering teams on cloud and DevOps best practices.
• Design and implement cloud architecture and design patterns on Microsoft Azure.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CircleCI.
• Integrate and design APIs, ensuring secure and efficient communication.
• Oversee FinOps initiatives and cloud cost management, including SKU optimization.
• Support MLOps workflows and Foundry implementations.
• Contribute to network architecture and security design.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Ability to lead, coach, and mentor technical teams.
