Club General Manager

About the role

Arada is seeking an experienced Club General Manager to lead its fitness and wellness clubs in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience while driving operational excellence and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily club operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team, fostering a collaborative culture aligned with Arada’s standards.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Inspire and motivate staff to achieve shared goals and deliver outstanding results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sports Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of management experience in club or fitness centre operations.
• Proven track record in customer‑facing environments with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Passionate about the fitness industry and committed to delivering a top‑notch member experience.
