Cluster Event Booking Center Executive

About the role

The Cluster Event Booking Center Executive supports the Sales & Marketing team at Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road. The role handles guest inquiries, reservation management and promotes Marriott brand loyalty while ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and process guest calls, requests, and reservations via phone, fax or mail.
• Use sales techniques to up‑sell services and maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Process Marriott Rewards points redemption and enter guest information into the reservation system.
• Provide complimentary gifts such as reward points, tickets or certificates to valued guests.
• Perform general office duties for Sales & Marketing, including filing, emailing and typing.
• Support management in training and motivating staff, acting as a role model.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality and adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, reservations or sales support.
• No supervisory experience required.
