Cluster Graphic Designer & Content Creator – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a creative and versatile Cluster Graphic Designer & Content Creator to support marketing across the Hilton Yas Island Cluster. The role blends graphic design, photography, videography and social‑first content creation to produce high‑quality assets for digital, social and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual assets for digital and print communications, including social media, websites, digital screens, EDMs, advertisements, posters, flyers, brochures, menus, signage and hotel collateral.
• Translate marketing briefs into strong creative concepts aligned with commercial priorities and brand objectives.
• Develop and adapt campaign artwork across multiple formats, platforms and touchpoints.
• Produce social media graphics, carousels, Stories, Reel covers, animations and short‑form video content.
• Plan and execute in‑house photography for guestrooms, restaurants, F&B, lifestyle experiences, facilities and events.
• Manage post‑production tasks such as retouching, colour correction, motion graphics, resizing and formatting.
• Maintain organized artwork, photography and video libraries across cluster properties.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, content creation or a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital, print, social media, photography and video.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Strong project and time‑management skills, able to handle multiple projects across two properties.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Photo‑ and video‑editing software – Lightroom, Final Cut Pro (or similar).
• Proficiency with cameras, lighting, composition and video production.
• Knowledge of social platforms – Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Experience with social‑media analytics tools – Meta, Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social.
