Cluster Marketing Executive – Dubai

About the role

The Cluster Marketing Executive will support the Four Points by Sheraton property on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, driving brand visibility and guest engagement. Reporting to the Cluster Marketing Manager, the role combines sales techniques with guest loyalty initiatives to maximise revenue for the hotel and Marriott Vacation Club.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the Four Points brand internally and externally, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Use sales techniques to generate revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
• Contact potential owners by phone to arrange preview package tours and sales presentations.
• Explain tour details, verify eligibility, and schedule visits for Marriott Vacation Club properties.
• Provide complimentary gifts such as reward points or tickets to enhance guest experience.
• Perform general office duties – filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and message handling.
• Support management in training, evaluating, and coaching staff, acting as a role‑model for fair‑treatment policies.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.
• Deliver excellent guest service, anticipate needs, and respond with clear, courteous communication.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in sales, marketing or a related hospitality function.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform light physical tasks (lifting up to 10 lb) and work in a fast‑paced environment.
