Cluster Reservation Agent (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Cluster Reservation Agent who is fluent in Arabic to join the Reservations team at our luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi. The role supports the department in achieving revenue targets, ensuring accurate bookings and delivering exceptional guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Reservations department in daily operations to meet hotel business goals.
• Process all reservation requests and inquiries within 24 hours, adhering to standard operating procedures.
• Drive upselling and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Monitor and reconfirm expected arrivals 1, 3 and 7 days in advance.
• Maintain accurate records to prevent double‑bookings, non‑guaranteed bookings and other errors.
• Apply hotel policies for no‑shows, cancellations, credit and pre‑payment.
• Stay up‑to‑date with room types, rates, packages, F&B outlets, spa and other hotel facilities.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by raising, monitoring and following up on any issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Group Sales and Front Desk to align reservation activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in hotel reservations or related front‑office functions.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Experience using Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and distribution channels.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation processes.
