CNC Machine Operator

About the role

Machine Operator responsible for manufacturing Power Section (Stator & Rotor) in Abu Dhabi, following established procedures and SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture stators and rotors for oilfield directional drilling, adhering to process parameters.
• Verify quality control checks at each stage and document results in the ERP system.
• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, boilers, generators and air compressors as required.
• Maintain tools, gauges and equipment, ensuring proper calibration.
• Support continual improvement initiatives and report any process abnormalities.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent with basic math skills.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably with stator/rotor production.
• Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings, routers and procedures.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic and basic electrical systems.

Required skills

• Operation of CNC machines and related manufacturing equipment.
• Overhead crane and forklift operation (license/certification required).
• Use of measuring tools and gauges for precision work.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Quality assurance and documentation in line with QMS standards.
