Commercial Director

About the role

AHS Properties, a luxury real estate firm in Dubai, seeks an experienced Commercial Director to shape and execute its commercial strategy, capture new revenue streams, and drive sustainable growth across its premium portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall commercial strategy for the company.
• Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within the luxury real‑estate market.
• Strengthen and expand strategic partnerships with investors, developers, and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Lead negotiations of high‑value commercial agreements.
• Monitor business performance and make data‑driven decisions to achieve growth targets.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of senior commercial leadership, business development or sales experience.
• Proven track record in Dubai/UAE luxury or ultra‑luxury real‑estate markets.
• Established network of UHNWIs, investors, developers, family offices or related stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing or a related field (preferred).

• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of Dubai’s real‑estate market dynamics and competitive landscape.
