Commercial Excellence Leader – Gulf Cluster

About the role

The Commercial Excellence Leader for the Gulf Cluster will drive sales productivity, commercial execution and digital transformation across Schneider Electric’s Gulf operations. Acting as a strategic partner to sales leadership, you will ensure best‑practice governance, tools and analytics are embedded to boost growth, pipeline quality and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Gulf Sales Excellence roadmap, monitor KPIs, pipeline quality and sales productivity, and lead monthly performance reviews.
• Govern the Sales Incentive Plan – set targets, manage validation processes and ensure payout readiness in line with global standards.
• Optimize customer coverage and account ownership, drive platforming campaigns and maintain data quality for Blue Zone, White Zone, AMP and PAM metrics.
• Lead pipeline management, improve forecast accuracy and provide actionable insights through sales analytics.
• Champion digital sales tools such as Copilot for Sales, Sales Coach, Sales Engagement and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, driving adoption, training and measurable business impact.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Excellence, Business Operations, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence or Strategy.
• Strong analytical and data‑management capabilities.
