Commercial Manager - GCC

About the role

MoneyGram is seeking a Commercial Manager for the GCC region to drive growth of its key partner network in Dubai and surrounding markets. The role will act as the main liaison for assigned agents, overseeing onboarding, operational support, pricing, FX performance and issue resolution while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily and long‑term partner issues, coordinating with relevant departments to prevent impact on transaction volume and revenue.
• Maintain regular communication with agents, providing operational support and ensuring compliance with pricing and FX policies.
• Identify growth opportunities, propose process enhancements and execute strategies to increase partner revenue.
• Work with the Pricing team to monitor FX trends and recommend pricing adjustments.
• Keep an up‑to‑date database of sales calls, performance metrics and market trends to inform decision‑making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless service and achieve partners’ commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing B2B partnerships in the financial services or payments industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
