About the role

Join Engel & Völkers Dubai as a Commercial Property Advisor in a commission‑only role that offers uncapped earning potential. You will work with high‑value office, retail, industrial and prime land assets, advising owners, developers, investors and tenants throughout the transaction process.

Key responsibilities

• Represent commercial properties across Dubai’s key business zones.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and investors.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate prices and facilitate contracts.
• Stay ahead of market trends and maintain detailed property insights.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Engel & Völkers standards.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales or commercial real estate.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Client‑focused mindset with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and target‑driven.
