Commercial Sales Manager

About the role

As a Commercial Sales Manager in the Gas Services division, you will drive the commercial success of sustainable energy solutions across the Middle East. You will prepare competitive service offers, lead contract negotiations, and align project requirements with client and company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage budgetary and firm bids in collaboration with Technical Sales and bid management teams.
• Conduct tender analysis to identify and mitigate commercial, financial, and legal risks.
• Structure bids to meet customer specifications, regional tax requirements, and internal costing policies.
• Ensure proposals comply with company guidelines and support internal approval processes.
• Implement financial and commercial controls during the sales phase, focusing on gross profit and cash flow.
• Contribute to financial forecasting, sales pipeline management, and regular reporting using SFDC.
• Lead negotiations of commercial terms for service and consortium contracts.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance to finalize contract terms and hand over contracts to project execution teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Extensive experience in commercial bid and sales management for large‑scale industrial projects.
• Proven expertise in contract negotiation, financial controlling, and risk management.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment.
