About the role
We are seeking a Commercial Shipping Advisor to oversee the performance and strategic alignment of our maritime assets in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures assets operate in line with corporate standards, values and strategic objectives while providing executive‑level insights for decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate asset performance against strategic KPIs and benchmarks.
- Implement governance best practices and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools for asset oversight.
- Provide senior leadership with comprehensive reports, analyses and recommendations.
- Facilitate alignment workshops, strategic reviews and performance dialogues with stakeholders.
- Support cross‑functional initiatives that enhance synergy between corporate and asset operations.
