Commis 1 – Belgian Café (F&B Preparation)

About the role
The Commis 1 will support the Belgian Café team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City by preparing mise‑en‑place and ensuring a clean, hygienic work environment. You will work closely with chefs and service staff to deliver smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare all mise‑en‑place for day‑to‑day operations.
- Maintain a healthy and hygienic work area.
- Communicate politely with guests and internal customers.
- Support the team with storage pick‑ups and additional mise‑en‑place.
- Report any difficulties, guest comments, or relevant information to the superior.
- Attend daily briefings, meetings, and scheduled training sessions.
- Prepare food, beverage, material and equipment needed for service.
Required profile
- Friendly, welcoming and full of life.
- Team‑oriented with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow hygiene and safety standards.
- Willingness to attend briefings and training.
