Commis 3 – New French Concept at Jumeirah Al Qasr

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Commis 3 to join our new French concept restaurant at Jumeirah Al Qasr in Dubai. The role involves supporting the kitchen team in preparing high‑quality dishes and maintaining a smooth service flow.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare basic dishes such as salads and sauces as instructed, ensuring adherence to recipe specifications and plating guidelines.
• Follow established recipes and plating guides precisely to maintain consistency and quality in food presentation.
• Ensure proper stocking and organization of food items in refrigerators and freezers to maintain freshness and availability.
• Set up stations with necessary supplies and maintain cleanliness throughout service periods to facilitate smooth operations.
• Provide efficient kitchen assistance, including replenishing service lines, restocking supplies, and preparing workstations for the next shift.
• Continually develop culinary knowledge and skills to enhance the ability to produce high‑quality meals and support culinary team objectives.

Required profile

• 0‑1 year of experience in a range of kitchen areas, ideally within the luxury hospitality industry.
• College Degree in Culinary Arts or similar from an accredited Culinary School.
• Experience working in a multi‑cultural environment.
