Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and presenting dishes according to the hotel’s standards.
• Maintain strict health, safety, and personal hygiene practices in the kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow team members, receiving and acting on feedback.
• Handle multiple orders simultaneously while staying calm under pressure.
• Perform basic food preparation, organization, and storage tasks.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
• Passion for teamwork and delivering excellent guest service.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and preservation.
• Understanding of hygiene and safety procedures.
