About the role

The Commis I will support the culinary team in daily kitchen operations, assisting with food preparation and learning essential cooking techniques. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience across multiple kitchen stations within a busy hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist chefs in the preparation and execution of dishes.
• Learn and follow established recipes and culinary standards.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Work in different sections of the kitchen to gain experience.
