Commis III – Cold Kitchen (Full‑Time)

About the role

Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking a Commis III for its cold kitchen. You will work in a high‑end hotel environment, supporting the preparation and service of cold dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Date and rotate all food containers, ensuring proper temperature control.
• Check par levels, prepare necessary items, and set up the line for each shift.
• Identify out‑of‑stock items, report shortages, and return unused food to designated storage.
• Assist in monitoring food costs and suggest corrective actions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen workstations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a cold‑kitchen or similar hospitality role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Team‑player attitude with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
