Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and service of food and prepare mise en place for the outlets as required.
• Adhere to Anantara food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality culinary offerings.
• Continuously recommend improvements and additions to the presentation guidelines.
• Maintain clean and tidy working areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Ensure food safety by following proper handling techniques, dating, storage, and rotation.
• Uphold basic food safety and sanitation practices.
• Take responsibility for hotel property, equipment, and facilities.
• Participate in departmental training to improve skills and service levels.
• Maintain adherence to departmental checklists and cleaning schedules.
• Assist with events, banquets, and other functions as required.
• Follow personal hygiene, grooming standards, fire safety rules, and health and safety regulations.
