About the role
Join our hotel team in Dubai as a Commis III – Pastry, where you will prepare high‑quality dishes and deliver memorable hospitality experiences for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Manage guest orders efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Execute complex pastry recipes, oversee stations, and perform quality control and inventory checks.
- Inspect plates before service to guarantee presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and sanitary workspace while following food‑handling protocols.
- Prepare requisitions for supplies and manage inventory needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol‑awareness regulations.
