About the role
Join the Food & Beverage team at One&Only The Palm, a boutique beachfront resort in Dubai. As a Commis Waiter/Waitress you will support the Restaurant Manager in delivering the highest standards of service to discerning guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain mise‑en‑place before service begins.
- Serve food and beverage orders promptly, adhering to resort time standards.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge of all menu items.
- Maintain the appearance and layout of the restaurant and bar areas.
- Assist in delegating tasks to service staff and ensure completion.
- Present yourself professionally to enhance the guest experience.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months experience in a restaurant or hotel service role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication in English.
- Professional appearance and a genuine hospitality attitude.
