Commission-Based IT Sales Consultant

About the role

Vasaga Studio, a Dubai‑based digital agency, is seeking a motivated IT Sales Consultant to drive new business across the UAE, US and international markets. This commission‑only position offers full autonomy, flexible hours and the chance to work directly with the CEO and the agency’s creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and close new client opportunities for website design, digital marketing, e‑commerce, AI and other technology services.
• Leverage personal and professional networks to generate IT‑related business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, IT partners and community groups.
• Promote Vasaga Studio’s portfolio of IT and marketing solutions.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Build long‑term client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Strong networking and sales abilities with an existing client base or referral network.
• Experience in web agencies, digital agencies, technology companies, real‑estate or related sales/business development roles.
• Self‑motivated, able to generate business independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of website design, digital marketing, e‑commerce and AI solution offerings.
