Commission-based Sales Representative (Freelance)

About the role

Your job is to find brands interested in creator campaigns, qualify them honestly, and introduce them to us. Once a brand shows interest, our team handles scoping, pricing, negotiation, contracting, creator sourcing, delivery and reporting. You are not expected to run campaigns, quote prices, or manage clients – you simply make the introduction and hand it over. This is a genuine freelance arrangement with no fixed hours, office, or reporting line.

Key responsibilities

• Identify brands that are interested in influencer or creator marketing and have budget to spend.
• Qualify each lead properly before introducing it – ensure real interest and real budget.
• Register each brand with us before taking the conversation further, protecting your commission.
• Make the introduction and hand it over to our team.
• Reply within 24 hours when we need background on a brand you introduced.
• Optionally build a presence in a niche of your choosing to generate inbound interest.

Required profile

• Freelancers and consultants already working in PR, marketing, media or influencer marketing in the region.
• People with live brand relationships (marketing managers, brand managers, agency contacts) who want to earn from a network they already have.
• Anyone who wants a commission stream alongside their existing work rather than instead of it.
