Commissioning Director – Large‑Scale Oil & Gas EPC Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Director to lead the commissioning phase of multi‑billion‑dollar onshore oil and gas EPCm projects. You will work with high‑profile clients, driving systematic testing, verification and hand‑over of complex facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans and procedures.
• Oversee and coordinate testing and verification of systems and equipment to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Manage commissioning activities across large‑scale EPCm projects, ensuring schedule, cost and quality targets are met.
• Lead multidisciplinary commissioning teams and act as the primary interface with clients and subcontractors.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental standards are upheld throughout commissioning.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering commissioning on complex, multi‑billion‑dollar onshore oil and gas projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of upstream and midstream oil & gas processes.
• Commitment to delivering low‑carbon and decarbonisation solutions.
