Commissioning Manager – Civil Infrastructure

About the role

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead civil infrastructure commissioning activities in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing quality checks, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring seamless coordination with project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and supervise all civil commissioning tasks, focusing on wastewater system projects.
• Conduct rigorous quality inspections and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of safety and performance.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal departments to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare commissioning reports, documentation and hand‑over packages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in commissioning, preferably in wastewater systems.
• Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) or equivalent certification.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.
