Commissioning Manager – NGL/Gas Processing

About the role

We are seeking a senior Commissioning Manager to lead the commissioning phase of a large‑scale NGL and gas‑processing project in Abu Dhabi. The role will be part of KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions team, delivering end‑to‑end asset life‑cycle services for a multi‑billion‑dollar EPC contract.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute the mechanical and process commissioning activities for NGL and gas‑processing facilities.
• Manage commissioning teams, subcontractors and interfaces with EPC and detail‑engineering disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards and client requirements throughout the commissioning stage.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical issues and report status to senior project leadership.
• Support the hand‑over of fully commissioned assets to operations and warranty teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of oil & gas experience in process or mechanical commissioning.
• Proven track record on mega FEED/EPC projects valued over US$1 billion.
• Experience with NGL and gas‑processing plant projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
