Communications Associate - UAE National

Join a fast‑growing marketplace that is reshaping how people shop and eat. As a Communications Associate (UAE National) you will support the Head of Communications in crafting and executing integrated consumer and corporate communication strategies across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing quarterly communications plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Coordinate functional updates and readiness ahead of planning cycles.
• Liaise with regional and global teams on shared initiatives, reporting, and requests.
• Support CSR and community programmes, working with NGOs and charity partners.
• Execute communications initiatives for both consumer and corporate streams, managing agency partners and timelines.
• Handle logistics for partnerships, activations, media engagements, and public‑facing events.
• Prioritise incoming communications requests based on impact and urgency.
• Draft press releases, spokesperson interview guides, and internal communications updates.
• Monitor media coverage, flagging opportunities, risks, or emerging issues.
• Maintain reporting tools such as weekly coverage reports, WIP trackers, and monthly newsroom updates.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal Arabic and English communication skills with meticulous attention to tone.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination capabilities.
• Talent for simplifying complex information into clear, structured messaging.
• High level of organisation, ownership, and editorial judgement.
