Community Manager (Arabic speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Community Manager who will oversee daily operations and resident engagement for a residential building in Dubai. The role is with a sister company of an established real estate group, offering the chance to work in a dynamic, trusted network.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, handling concerns, complaints and inquiries professionally.
• Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations, Dubai Municipality guidelines and other UAE legal requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance, security and housekeeping teams to maintain building cleanliness, functionality and safety.
• Organise building inspections, health and safety checks, and ensure compliance with fire safety, pest control and elevator licensing.
• Manage move‑in and move‑out processes, including documentation, inspections and access logistics.
• Maintain up‑to‑date resident records, lease information and incident reports while respecting data privacy.
• Support leasing and renewal efforts by sustaining high resident satisfaction and low turnover.
• Implement and enforce building policies, house rules and community guidelines consistently.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in community or property management in Dubai or the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• RERA certification or equivalent training preferred.
• Strong understanding of UAE tenancy laws, RERA regulations and local community‑management practices.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends or holidays if required.
