Community Manager – Crypto

About the role

CFI Financial Group is seeking a proactive Community Manager to lead and grow its crypto‑focused online communities. You will be the primary liaison between the brand and its members on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and Twitter (X), ensuring engaging, timely, and brand‑aligned communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and moderate crypto communities across Telegram, Discord, and social media platforms.
• Engage with members, answer inquiries promptly, and foster a positive environment.
• Monitor discussions, gather feedback, and track sentiment related to CFI’s crypto products.
• Identify trends, insights, and potential reputational risks, reporting them to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, product launches, and community initiatives.
• Organize AMA sessions, contests, and live discussions to boost engagement.
• Track community metrics and provide performance insights.
• Ensure all communications follow brand tone and guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community management or social media.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong familiarity with Telegram, Discord, and Twitter (X) communities.
• Good understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain industry trends.
