Community Manager – Luxury Residential Asset Management

About the role

The Community Manager will lead the strategic and operational management of a high‑end residential community, ensuring an exceptional resident experience and preserving the community’s reputation and value. This senior role combines asset management, hospitality‑led service standards, and stakeholder coordination within a luxury real‑estate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a community management strategy aligned with landlord objectives and resident expectations.
• Act as the senior point of contact for the landlord, representing them within the community.
• Design and maintain premium service standards for resident interactions and community presentation.
• Prepare annual community plans covering resident experience, operations, budgeting and CAPEX.
• Drive initiatives to improve resident retention, loyalty and overall satisfaction.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations including facilities, landscaping, security and service provider performance.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and quality standards, conducting regular inspections.
• Lead service recovery for sensitive or high‑profile resident issues.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing luxury residential communities, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong background in hospitality‑led service delivery and resident experience management.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic community plans and budgets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Track record of improving resident retention and community loyalty.
