Community Manager – Residential Properties

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing premium maintenance business that is reshaping residential service across elite villa communities in the UAE. The Community Manager will own the day‑to‑day operations of a single community, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, technical upkeep and strong resident relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the on‑site maintenance team and oversee field engineers, technicians and contractors.
• Ensure planned and reactive maintenance tasks are completed promptly, to agreed standards and within SLA timelines.
• Monitor work orders from request through to completion, handling materials, purchase orders and invoicing.
• Manage the community’s P&L, driving cost efficiency and commercial performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, estate managers and client stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion, client retention and renewal.
• Onboard new clients, guaranteeing a seamless first experience.
• Develop and mentor the on‑site coordinator and engineering team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, property operations, luxury hospitality or technical services.
• Proven ability to manage people and technical operations in a residential or villa‑community environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience handling operating budgets and P&L.
• Excellent communication skills and a solutions‑focused attitude.
