Community & Partnerships Specialist

About the role

The Community & Partnerships Specialist will expand Jeem’s presence across universities, schools, conferences and digital platforms. The role focuses on building vibrant online communities, forging strategic relationships, and promoting Jeem’s AI platform to drive user acquisition and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Build, grow and manage Jeem’s online communities on Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook Groups and other relevant channels.
• Design and execute engagement strategies that foster meaningful discussions and long‑term community growth.
• Moderate communities to ensure respectful, productive interactions.
• Recruit, support and coordinate student ambassadors and volunteer contributors.
• Organise online activities such as AMAs, webinars, challenges, product updates and community events.
• Represent Jeem at universities, schools, conferences, exhibitions, hackathons and networking events.
• Develop relationships with educational institutions, AI communities, startups and ecosystem partners.
• Coordinate partnership opportunities that increase awareness and adoption of Jeem’s platform.
• Support Business Development in community activation and institutional engagement.
• Plan and execute Jeem’s participation in exhibitions, workshops and community events, handling logistics and on‑site activities.
• Capture user feedback during events and relay insights to internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong passion for community building and partnership development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple online platforms and coordinate offline events.
• Proactive, organized and comfortable representing the brand in public settings.
