Compassionate Caregiver for Home Support in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a caring and responsible caregiver to provide compassionate, respectful, and reliable support to individuals in Dubai who need assistance with daily activities. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to create a safe and comfortable environment for clients while working as part of a dedicated care team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, mobility, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Prepare and serve meals according to individual dietary requirements.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and monitor client well‑being.
• Remind clients of medication schedules as instructed by healthcare professionals or family members.
• Report any changes in condition or behavior to the responsible party.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Accompany clients to appointments or activities when needed.
• Keep basic care records and follow health, safety, and privacy procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Compassionate, patient, trustworthy, and responsible personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically capable of assisting with routine care duties.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow care instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.

Required skills

• First aid certification.
• CPR certification.
• Caregiving certification or related training (advantageous).
