Complex Assistant Revenue Manager

About the role

The Complex Assistant Revenue Manager maintains the transient rooms inventory for Westin hotels in Dubai and works to maximize transient revenue. The role releases group rooms back into general inventory, ensures clean booking windows, and supports pricing and positioning decisions across cluster properties.

Key responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and monitor actual sales against projections, generating accurate reports and presentations.
• Maintain reservation system data, update market knowledge, and adjust strategies to increase market share.
• Execute revenue management projects, align strategies with brand philosophy, and communicate rate restrictions to properties.
• Manage rooms inventory to maximize cluster revenue and support hotels with pricing and business evaluation.
• Coordinate with group sales offices, reservation centers, and stakeholders to drive profit and innovation.
• Conduct sales strategy analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve revenue processes.

Required profile

• Either a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hotel Management, or a related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in revenue management, sales and marketing, or a related professional area.
