Complex Events Coordinator

About the role

The Complex Events Coordinator supports the Sales & Marketing team at Westin Hotels & Resorts in Dubai Marina. This contract position handles a variety of administrative and client‑facing tasks to ensure smooth execution of events and sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, faxing and copying.
• Prepare sales‑related documents, including proposals, contracts and banquet event orders.
• Assemble promotional materials and information packages for clients.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile and verify sales data in the relevant software systems.
• Answer guest inquiries about property facilities, rates, packages and special events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and email.
• Maintain brand standards, confidentiality and professional appearance.
• Support team members, uphold quality standards and perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related experience in sales, events or hospitality administration.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
