Complex Social Media Manager

About the role

The Marketing and Communications Manager will join Westin Hotels & Resorts in Dubai Marina to design and deliver property‑level communications that enhance the hotel’s brand image. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communication, the role leverages traditional, digital and social media channels to drive guest awareness, preference and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute on‑brand messaging across social, digital and traditional media.
• Develop direct‑marketing plans and targeted campaigns that showcase Food & Beverage promotions to guests and local patrons.
• Collaborate with regional eCommerce and marketing teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
• Balance traditional marketing activities with digital and eCommerce initiatives.
• Support public‑relations activities and contribute to overall hotel communication strategy.
• Measure and report on social media engagement, sales impact and brand awareness metrics.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in sales, marketing, digital or related fields, preferably in hospitality or an advertising agency.
• Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of hotel marketing dynamics and ability to work cross‑functionally.
