About the role
The Compliance Associate will support Tamara’s compliance function within the Builders Program, ensuring that the company’s operations, products and communications meet UAE regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Support compliance activities across frameworks governed by UAE regulators such as the Central Bank of the UAE, DFSA and ADGM FSRA.
- Help maintain a strong compliance framework that promotes accountability, transparency and readiness for regulatory oversight.
- Review policies, contracts, products and advertisements for regulatory compliance.
- Conduct internal compliance reviews and prepare regulatory submissions.
- Document and trace all compliance activities to safeguard Tamara’s regulatory standing.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or early‑career professional with up to two years of experience.
- Detail‑oriented and curious with a strong interest in regulatory matters.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.
- Emirati national as specified in the posting.
