Compliance Manager

About the role

The Compliance Manager will support ADNOC’s Company Compliance Program, ensuring alignment with the ADNOC Group Compliance Policy and related frameworks. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will help the business identify, assess and mitigate ethics and compliance risks across anti‑bribery, third‑party integrity, regulatory, antitrust, competition and international trade controls.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for the implementation of the Compliance Program.
• Design and deliver compliance awareness and training, both face‑to‑face and e‑learning.
• Administer conflict‑of‑interest declarations, gifts & entertainment approvals, and maintain training logs.
• Contribute to projects such as e‑learning platforms, annual declarations, and third‑party risk reviews.
• Draft and update ethics and compliance processes, procedures and guidelines.
• Manage the annual compliance plan and ensure its execution.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month relevant experience in compliance, internal audit or related fields.
• Familiarity with UAE laws and regulations, corporate governance principles and risk management.
• Ability to develop and deliver training programs and manage documentation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
