Compliance Specialist

About the role

The Compliance Specialist will ensure the highest standards of ethical conduct and regulatory adherence across ADNOC’s maritime logistics operations. The role develops, implements and monitors policies, conducts investigations and provides expert guidance to support business integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead investigations into allegations of misconduct, fraud or compliance breaches and produce detailed reports with recommendations.
• Develop, update and implement compliance policies, procedures and frameworks.
• Provide expert advice on compliance matters and ensure alignment with local and international regulations.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and mitigate risks, promote transparency and foster a culture of accountability.
• Support the organization’s strategic objectives by driving ethical practices and governance excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years (96 months) of experience in compliance, regulatory investigations or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate findings clearly.
