Compliance Training & PDI Manager (Dubai)

About the role

The Compliance Training and PDI Manager will ensure that the vertical complies with brand standards and requirements while driving continuous improvements in training, corporate identity and related areas. The role supports higher customer satisfaction by delivering effective product and brand training across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce compliance with brand standards and requirements.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in training programs and corporate identity.
• Plan, facilitate, organise and deliver product and brand‑related training and development initiatives.
• Align training programmes with ATM’s business plans to enhance sales team competence, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct ongoing training needs assessments across levels and regions.
• Collaborate closely with the HR department to ensure training alignment and delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing compliance and training programmes.
• Strong understanding of brand standards and corporate identity.
• Ability to assess training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with HR and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience supporting sales teams across multiple regions.
