Comprehensive Operations Support

About the role

We are seeking a Comprehensive Operations Support professional to provide operational and administrative assistance to our autonomous vehicle operations team in Dubai. The role focuses on strengthening and standardising internal processes while managing the full personnel lifecycle from onboarding to off‑boarding.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with operational teams to standardise and enhance internal support functions.
• Develop and implement internal management policies based on operational needs.
• Coordinate administrative and operational processes across the team.
• Manage full‑cycle personnel processes, including onboarding, training, day‑to‑day workforce management and off‑boarding.
• Maintain accurate personnel and operational records.
• Support continuous improvement and standardisation of internal processes.
• Provide general coordination to ensure effective day‑to‑day team operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in operations support, administration, HR coordination, or workforce coordination.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to develop and follow structured internal processes.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven operational environment.
• UAE or UAE‑based experience is advantageous.
