Comprehensive Support for Autonomous Vehicle Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Comprehensive Support professional to assist the autonomous vehicle operations team with operational and administrative tasks. The role will help standardize internal processes and manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with operational teams to standardize and strengthen internal support functions.
• Support the development and implementation of internal management policies based on operational requirements.
• Coordinate administrative and operational processes across the team.
• Manage and organize full‑cycle personnel processes, including onboarding, training, day‑to‑day workforce management and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate personnel and operational records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization of internal processes.
• Provide general coordination support to ensure effective day‑to‑day team operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in operations support, administration, HR coordination or workforce coordination.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, training or employee processes (advantageous).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to develop and follow structured internal processes.
• Good documentation and record‑management capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment; UAE experience is a plus.
