Concept Store Manager – Luxury Resort Dubai

About the role

The Concept Store Manager will act as the Property Manager on Duty at the BVLGARI Resort, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and service are delivered to guests. This role combines guest relations, front‑desk oversight and team leadership within a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all day‑to‑day operations of the store and lobby, directing guest flow and handling inquiries.
• Serve as Guest Relations Manager, tracking service issues and resolving guest concerns promptly.
• Lead and motivate the Guest Services team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
• Maintain strong relationships with all hotel departments to support seamless property operations.
• Handle complaints, disputes and grievances, ensuring guest satisfaction and employee well‑being.
• Monitor budgets, operating statements and payroll progress to support financial objectives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk or a related area, OR a 2‑year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field (no experience required).
• Demonstrated integrity, honesty and the ability to lead by example.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and encourage team members.
• Capability to understand and perform duties of various employee positions when needed.
