Concierge Agent

About the role

Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, a 5-star beach resort in Abu Dhabi, is hiring a full-time Concierge Agent. The role delivers personalized, exceptional guest service and acts as a key point of contact for guests, providing information, recommendations, reservations, transportation arrangements and tailored assistance while representing the hotel's standards of professionalism, discretion and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and anticipate their needs, offering proactive recommendations and solutions.
• Provide detailed information on hotel facilities, local attractions, shopping, restaurants, cultural sites and events.
• Arrange restaurant reservations, transportation, limousine services, airport transfers, tours and special activities, and coordinate entertainment and cultural bookings.
• Facilitate VIP guest requirements and special occasions, and assist with courier services, ticketing and travel arrangements.
• Handle guest complaints and service recovery professionally, and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
• Liaise with hotel departments and external vendors, and keep accurate records of guest requests and reservations.
• Keep the concierge desk organized, ensure local information is current, monitor guest feedback and comply with health, safety, security and data privacy requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office or a similar customer-facing role in a luxury hotel.
• Previous luxury hospitality experience highly preferred; experience with VIP and high-profile guests is an advantage.
