Concierge & Driver (Bellman) – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for a professional, guest‑focused Bellman/Concierge Agent to join the Front Office team at Novotel & Ibis Gate Hotels in Abu Dhabi. The role combines traditional concierge duties with driving responsibilities, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every guest from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide warm first and last impressions, and assist with luggage handling.
• Escort guests to their rooms and offer information on hotel facilities and services.
• Arrange transportation, including taxis, airport transfers, and local recommendations.
• Respond to guest inquiries, make reservations, and share knowledge of local attractions.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to deliver smooth service.
• Operate hotel vehicles and provide transportation services when required.
• Maintain proper handling and storage of guest luggage according to hotel standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel, guest services, or a customer‑facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong guest‑service orientation with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid UAE heavy driving licence and a standard UAE driving licence.
• High standard of grooming, appearance, and professional conduct.
• Commitment to follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards.

Required skills

• Opera (hotel management system) or a related property management system.
