Conference Event Manager

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Dubai and focuses on leading the planning and delivery of medical conferences from concept through post‑event evaluation. You will work closely with clients, scientific committees, speakers and internal teams to ensure each event meets CME/CPD accreditation standards and delivers a seamless experience for delegates.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and oversee all phases of medical conferences, including agenda development, speaker coordination and abstract management.
• Manage CME/CPD accreditation processes, documentation and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Control project timelines, budgets and deliverables, providing regular status reports.
• Oversee delegate registration, onsite check‑in, badge printing and overall delegate experience.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, AV setup, signage, exhibitor arrangements and on‑site operations.
• Liaise with healthcare authorities, sponsors and partners to align event elements with medical and pharma codes.
• Prepare post‑event reports, feedback summaries and financial reconciliations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing medical or pharmaceutical conferences.
• Proven ability to handle end‑to‑end event execution, budgeting and logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders.
