Construction Finishing Foreman

About the role

The Construction Finishing Foreman oversees and coordinates all finishing works on construction sites in Dubai, ensuring high‑quality execution of plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, carpentry and other final trades. Reporting to the Site Engineer or Construction Manager, the foreman guarantees that work complies with project specifications and deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise finishing teams—including masons, painters, carpenters—and ensure works follow drawings and quality standards.
• Plan daily tasks, allocate resources, and coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Enforce quality control procedures and health, safety and environmental regulations throughout all finishing stages.
• Maintain daily progress reports, record workforce attendance, material consumption and report any delays or defects.
• Identify and resolve on‑site finishing issues, provide technical guidance and support testing, inspections and handover procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑6 years of experience in construction finishing.
• Certificate in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades such as plastering, painting, tiling, joinery and flooring.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
