About the role
The Foreman will lead on‑site construction activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. This role reports to higher‑level supervisors or engineers and works closely with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction work.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Schedule and assign tasks to the construction crew.
- Monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
- Resolve work‑related conflicts or issues that arise during construction.
- Communicate and coordinate site activities with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and senior supervisors/engineers.
- Prepare daily activity plans and arrange related resources in coordination with senior staff.
- Maintain records of construction activities and produce daily/weekly progress reports.
Required profile
- Assist engineers in the technical evaluation of workers on site.
